Barred Buttonquail at UPLB (23 Apr 2011)

Following Prof. Tirso's lead, I went to the "buttonquail area" in Los Baños last Black Saturday. The bird showed up a lot of times but was way too far for my lens. Finally, just before I was about to leave, it showed itself and allowed me to take the closest shots for the day. I still wish it was closer, though.
